Who we are and acceptance

Partager is operated by IAGO BELO DE OLIVEIRA VIEIRA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE, a Brazilian company with CNPJ 38.009.261/0001-45. These terms cover the partager.me website, the waitlist and the app at app.partager.me.

By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What Partager does

Partager organizes a household's expenses: who paid, how to split, installments and fixed bills, and at the end of each month it works out who owes how much to whom.

Partager is not a bank or a financial institution and never moves money. Balances are calculations based on what you record; settling up happens outside the app, however you prefer, and the Pix key shown is just a shortcut to copy.

Your account

Each account belongs to one person. Keep access to your email and your sign-in method safe, and tell us at contato@partager.me if you suspect misuse.

Households and invites

Whoever creates the household invites the others with a link or a code, valid for 7 days. Those who join see shared expenses, settlements and the name and Pix key of anyone who added one; never anyone's "Only I can see this" expenses.

Only invite people you want to see this information. Until the app offers it, to leave a household or remove someone from it, write to contato@partager.me.

Your information and AI

What you record is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI reading suggests an expense's fields from a note or a receipt and can be wrong: check it before saving. Nothing is saved without your confirmation, and you are responsible for what you save.

Plans and payments

The free plan includes, with no time limit, everything essential: expenses, splitting, installments, settlements and monthly closing, and 5 reads per month with AI for each household.

Partager Plus is a subscription per household, monthly or yearly: one person subscribes and everyone in the household uses it. It includes unlimited AI reads, within a fair use of about 300 a month, and the features launched for the plan. The price is always shown before payment, the subscription renews automatically until cancelled, and cancelling keeps access until the end of the period already paid.

Online purchases can be withdrawn within 7 days for a full refund (Art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code). The 30-day Plus trial asks for no card and never turns into a charge on its own. The Founding Home offer applies to the first 1,000 paying homes, on the conditions shown when you subscribe.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no account or subscription. Signing up does not guarantee an access date. You can leave the list at any time by writing to contato@partager.me.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other households' data or any system without permission, submit automated sign-ups or requests, reverse-engineer the service or use Partager for anything unlawful, including recording illegal content in descriptions or receipts.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Partager available, but it may be down for maintenance or because of third-party failures. We may change, improve or remove features; material changes to these terms will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with prior notice, except in serious cases such as attempts to access other people's data.

Intellectual property

The Partager name, the software, its text and its design belong to IAGO BELO DE OLIVEIRA VIEIRA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Partager's calculations depend on what you record. We are not liable for decisions based on data recorded incorrectly, or for settlements made outside the app, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the user's place of residence, as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code provides; nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
